Is it for me?

Very simply - this is not a conference for beginners; if you’re just starting out or getting to grips with your camera then you are probably not going to get much from PhotoCamp Leeds.

There are factors that will help identify if you are someone who will gain from the conference; if you’re answering ‘no’ to them then you might want to reconsider registering…

  • You love photography… it’s not just a way of recording life events.
  • You are experienced in photography* and you feel you have accomplished something positive in your imagemaking to date.
  • You are willing to share your experiences and techniques with your peers - and to listen and learn from them.
  • You have a serious approach to your photography (or are working to what could be classed as a professional attitude.)

*You don’t need to be a master of photoshop, have technical expertise, creative brilliance and strong craft skills - but it would be handy that you have (or are well on the road to) one or more of these things in your photographic resume.
